Questions, answered.
Everything about buying, files and licences.
What is in a texture set?
The maps listed on its page, usually color, normal, roughness, displacement and ambient occlusion, plus metalness or opacity where the surface needs it. Most sets also include a Blender file and a MaterialX file.
Which resolutions do I get?
Every set includes its maps at 2K and 4K in the same ZIP.
Why are there two normal maps?
One is for OpenGL (Blender, Unity and most renderers), the other for DirectX (Unreal Engine and 3ds Max). Use the one that matches your tool.
Can I use the textures in client work?
Yes. Every purchase includes commercial use in as many projects as you like, with no credit needed.
How do I download after paying?
The download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. If you create an account, every purchase stays under Downloads.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per texture set and keep it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available are shown at checkout. Prices are in euro, and the total you see before you place the order is the total you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and use the links in your confirmation email. An account keeps every purchase in one place so you can download again whenever you like.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Email us your order number with your company name, address and tax number, and we will send you an invoice.
Can I get a refund?
